My favorite case in the games would be Reunion, and Turnabout. Literally, the story is awesome, and Ini/Mimi feels like an underrated villain in the series. Don't forget about the funny moments in there, like with Fran's whippings at the end of the 2nd trial, and Ini's (Mimi's) character.

My favorite is memoirs of the clouded kokoro both of the culprits are top tier culprits for me with one of them being my favorite culprit in the series and it's a very interesting case
I think we meant the two main trilogies
If it meant a main series case then it would be the monstrous turnabout it has a good defendant a hilarious culprit a complex plan an interesting plot and really good twists
