All(-ish) of these ALMOST(/kinda) happened... they would've happened if whatever prevented it didn't happen.
SPOILERS:
I know this doesn't really apply but I thought this might be kinda ok.... in Rise from the Ashes... Lana- you know.. not really- but... yeah. (I- I'm too lazy to think of something else but there is one better I think-)
It almost happened in Trials and Tribulations, Bridge to the turnabout. Dahlia (being channeled by Misty) almost killed someone but Godot killed her before that happened.
I have 2;
In Dual destinies, (DLC case) Turnabout Reclaimed, The Orca Kind of/ NOT REALLY ''killed'' someone.
In Dai Gyakuten Saiban, Case 2, Kazuma was "KILLED" (not really) by a girl (accidentally) and a cat was involved but also, that cat really wasn't involved.
