"Path to Glory" was a piece of evidence in Phoenix Wright's investigation into the murder of Jack Hammer.
Hammer's murder[]

Wright received the book from Cody Hackins after questioning him about the Steel Samurai. It's full of pictures of the Steel Samurai whenever he delivered his "final blow" to his enemies. He later used it to show why Hackins hadn't taken a picture of the outcome of the fight: the Steel Samurai had lost. Later, Wright showed the book to Penny Nichols to show how much the kids loved the Steel Samurai.
After the trial ended, Wright showed the book to Will Powers to show why Hammer had tried to frame him for murder. Saying the reason was because Powers was the Steel Samurai.
