Alden Tae's is an Indochine pasta restaurant, and one of the places where Phoenix Wright plays the piano after his disbarment. Wright was headed there from his office when he was hit by a car.

The name "Alden Tae's" is a play on the Italian expression "al dente", which literally means "to the tooth" in English. It is usually used to describe pasta that has been cooked so as to be firm but not hard.
