Banker abroad[]
Bruce Fairplay spent some time in Australia before returning to the United Kingdom. During his times in court as a witness and the two times he acted as a juror, he peppered his speech with such local Australian slang as "fair dinkum", "larrikin", and "galah".
Sydney photoshoot[]
In the French localization of the Ace Attorney series, the setting is changed to Paris. In order to keep the time difference discrepancy that is instrumental to The First Turnabout, the location of Cindy Stone's photoshoot is changed to be in Sydney.
