Billy is a cactus formerly belonging to the cowboy-obsessed police patrol officer Jake Marshall, which he kept in the Los Angeles police department's evidence room. After Marshall's arrest in Feb. 2017, the cactus was looked after by Mike Meekins for a time before being donated by the police department to Gatewater Land and kept in the Wild, Wild West area of the theme park.
