A bulletproof attaché case was a piece of evidence in Miles Edgeworth's investigation into the murder of Ethan Rooke.

The assassination attempt and Rooke's murder[]

During Di-Jun Huang's speech, Horace Knightley used it to help put his fake assassination attempt plan into action by using it to hide the fact that he was firing the gun heard by the audience.

Edgeworth found the case beside Rooke's body. He later handed it, along with the other evidence, to Knightley temporarily, as President Huang meant for the Zheng Fa police to take over the investigation. However, after Edgeworth negotiated with Huang to return the investigative authority to him, Knightley returned it along with the remaining evidence. He later used it to suggest that Knightley had used his attaché case to prevent anyone from seeing him fire his gun.
