The captain of Flight I-390 was an aeroplane pilot in the employ of iFly Airlines. He was also in a relationship with Cammy Meele, one of the flight attendants. According to another flight attendant, Rhoda Teneiro, he did whatever Meele told him to do and no one else, forcing Teneiro to pretend to have gotten his permission in order for Miles Edgeworth to conduct his investigation.
The captain came across as a very laid-back man who did not take his job very seriously. This, combined with a general unhelpfulness in the investigation, resulted in him getting whipped repeatedly by Franziska von Karma.
