Door sensor
Description
Fitted to each workshop's door, they detect and react to the prisoners' bracelets by raising the alarm. ↳ They open the doors if an animal is detected, but raise the alarm if an inmate's bracelet is detected. Prisoners are not allowed to move about freely.

A door sensor was a piece of evidence in Miles Edgeworth's investigation into the murder of Bronco Knight.

Knight's murder

Edgeworth made note of the door sensor after Eddie Fender asked about the room's security. He used it to deduce that a prisoner had most likely somehow entered the room, as the rubber glove could only have been left by a prisoner. He later used it to prove that Frank Sahwit could not have seen the body if he was in Workshop B, as once he attempted to exit, it would have gone off.
