"Eccentrics 2007" is a music track in Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney that is used as a generic character theme for some of the more eccentric characters Phoenix Wright meets during his investigations, namely Hickfield, Spark Brushel, and Mike Meekins. Although it lacks the expected naming convention, it could be considered part of the recurring "Folk" character theme tracks used throughout the Ace Attorney series.
It is a remixed version of "Eccentrics" from Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Justice for All.
