The Old Bailey is the London court building where Ryunosuke Naruhodo defended his clients during his time in England.

There have been six known trials held at the Old Bailey:

- The Old Bailey is based on the real-life Central Criminal Court of England and Wales, which is commonly referred to as the Old Bailey after the street on which it is located in central London. The Old Bailey has existed in the same location since the sixteenth century, albeit in a succession of different buildings, with the current structure being completed in 1902.
Development[]
- Although, the courtroom layout is vastly different to past and present real-life iterations, instead resembling the typical layout of a Japanese courtroom, the aesthetics are broadly similar.
- Compared to past courtrooms in the series, the Old Bailey has a few key differences:
- The witness stand is a lot wider to allow for more than one witness to testify at once, in a similar manner to the witch trials in Professor Layton vs. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney.
- The presence of a jury introduces a new plot element to trials not been seen elsewhere in the Ace Attorney series. Unlike in Turnabout Succession, jurors are prominently visible, can interact with others in the courtroom, and can announce their verdict at any time.
