The "Grand Venutian" is a fictional divine extraterrestrial being that allegedly lived on the planet Venus and watched over people's destinies. The fortune teller Moira Cytherea created the Grand Venutian as part of her method of telling people's fortunes at the "Venutian Forecasts" booth of Fortune Circle, by allegedly communicating with it.

According to the stories told by Cytherea to her customers, the Grand Venutian was a divine being on Venus that watched over the destinies of those on Earth, and that she could communicate with this entity to tell people's futures. Cytherea would have a customer hold onto her fist, which would supposedly build up a large amount of energy, so customers would be told to concentrate on keeping their grasp on her hand, and would be blindfolded and made to wear headphones. According to her, the communications could be interrupted via metallic objects, so customers would be told to put their belongings into a safe before beginning. In reality, this was set up in such a way as to allow her to scam her customers in cahoots with Oracle Hecate.
