Played by: Mio Hanana ()- A feared, ruthless prosecutor still living in the shadow of her infamous father. She refuses to accept failure in court and cracks her whip to demonstrate her authority. She enters the Judicial Olympics to prove her superiority, then acts as the prosecution during the trial for murder that occurs during proceedings.

- Dick Gumshoe (Keisuke Itonokogiri; 糸鋸圭介)
Played by: Masaya Suzuki ()- A bumbling, yet well-meaning, police detective under the direct command of prosecutors such as Edgeworth and, more recently, von Karam. Played by: Yūki Tomotsune ()- A mysterious prosecutor with an unknown background, and the President of the Judicial Olympics Organization Committee, where he maintains his intimidating influence. He's also the mentor of Jack Cromack, who he belittles in spite of his inheritance to the position of Chairman in the Judicial Union. He has a history with the other lawyers, and he always mockingly addresses Wright as "Phoenix Trite", much to the latter's annoyance.

- Antino Nivantes ('; )
Played by: Hiroshi Tagami ()- The Vice-Chairman of the World Judicial Federation.
