A hanging scroll depicting Misty Fey was a piece of evidence in Phoenix Wright's investigation into her murder.
Gravely roasting the Master[]
- Main article: Bridge to the Turnabout
As part of a plot to eliminate the last known member of the Fey clan's main family, Maya, Morgan Fey penned a letter to her youngest daughter Pearl and hid it in Kurain Village. After her imprisonment, Morgan told Pearl to find the letter and follow its instructions. However, she misread one of the lines, "Gravely roast the Master in the fires of Hades," as something involving gravy. Because of this, Pearl brought some gravy with her to the Inner Temple Training Hall. She attempted to channel Dahlia Hawthorne as per the letter's instructions, but failed, and she angrily threw some gravy at the hanging scroll.
The scroll was among several artifacts restored by Archie Buff, though the gravy stain was left intact.
In other languages[]
The original Japanese version uses a pun involving curry (カレー karē) for the misread line from the letter (華麗 karei, lit. “splendid”). The curry was changed to gravy in the English localization to accommodate a pun involving the words "gravely" and "gravy".
