Ives Shineto is an elderly resident of Kurain Village, and one of Paul Atishon's neighbors. The Atishon family showed him the Crystal of Ami Fey when he was a child.

Founder's Orb civil trial

Prior to a civil trial in May 2028 to determine ownership of the Founder's Orb, which Paul Atishon claimed to be the Crystal of Ami Fey, Phoenix Wright contacted Shineto to affirm that the Crystal had indeed been in the Atishon family's possession for generations.
