Katie Heart is an American TV personality who was a witness in the trial of Yūko Onebō for the murder of Kōta Kitamita.

Katie Heart was a famous actress and TV host who hailed from the United States, and was known for her incredibly positive and kind personality, as well as her beauty. She was also popular with children, having starred in various kids shows. She was in Japan as part of a TV special, and became a witness to the murder of the scientist Kōta Kitamita, who was to be a guest on the show.
During the case, Katie gained something of a romantic interest in Yūko's lawyer, Phoenix Wright, and would bashfully flirt with him through out her entire duration on the witness stand, much to the annoyance of Miles Edgeworth.
