Klimt van Zieks was Barok van Zieks's brother who committed 4 murders in London and was given the name "Professor" as a result. During his spree, Hart Vortex found out that Klimt was the Professor and proceeded to blackmail him, as well as request Klimt to kill the current Chief Justice of London, as Vortex wanted the position.
