Kyle Hebert.
Kyle Hebert (born June 14, 1969 in Lake Charles, Louisiana, United States) is an American voice actor and podcaster. He has lent his voice to variety of characters in both anime and video games, including Ryu and Evil Ryu in the Street Fighter series, teen/adult Gohan and the narrator in Dragon Ball Z, Kamina in Gurren Lagann, Kiba Inuzuka in Naruto, Sōsuke Aizen and Ganju Shiba in Bleach, three characters (Ezreal, Jarvan Lightshield IV, and Malcolm Graves) in League of Legends, and Kazuichi Soda and Kaito Momota in the Danganronpa franchise.
Hebert provides the voices for Miles Edgeworth, Damian Tenma, and Tenma Taro in Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Dual Destinies and Terry Fawles in the anime adaptation.
