A luminous cloth produced by Blue Screens, Inc. was a piece of evidence in Gregory and Miles Edgeworth's respective investigations into the murder of Artie Frost, which occurred during Samson Tangaroa's Great Dessert Contest.
Frost's murder[]

Delicia Scone used luminous cloths and a rainbow light device for decorating her entry in the finals of the contest. However, Tangaroa confiscated them, as they broke the rule, "Any decorations not made from desserts are prohibited." He kept them in the room that he was using for his own entry, a scene of a ship made of chocolate, including a treasure chest.
Later, when Carmelo Gusto killed Artie Frost, he temporarily hid the body in the chocolate treasure chest while searching for the right time to freeze it. He later hid the body in a sherbet sculpture by wrapping it in one of the luminous cloths and a rainbow light device to provide camouflage.
Gusto's poisoning[]
Prior to the Zodiac Hall's opening, Scone gave Judy Bound four luminous cloths as a gift. Bound used one of the cloths to disguise the Pisces sculpture as the Gemini sculpture.
Later, Bound took Frost's body, which was put inside a hollow ice cube while still wrapped in the luminous cloth that had "disappeared" 18 years prior, from the Winter Wing and dumped it into the fountain's stream from the Summer Wing. Due to buoyancy and the simple fact that the cloth was lighter than the body, the cloth that had been hidden with Frost's body floated up first and was found by Scone.
Later, Edgeworth found four of the cloths in the Autumn Wing, being used to disguise it as the Winter Wing, as well as the one retrieved by Scone. He later used them to show how Artie Frost's body was hidden.
