Mamoru Takanashi is a young actor working on the action drama Psychic Academy Σ, filmed in Dragon God Village, as a student wearing a pink scarf who has the power of "psycho-photography". He was the only one of the four younger actors to get the role via an audition instead of nepotism, and is thus often bullied by said peers. He views his older co-star Tomorou Asukai as a mentor and has the hobby of photographing wild birds. Takanashi was present in the village when Koyuki Kurono was murdered.
