Mapotov Stroganov (Nihongo: マポトフ・ストロガノフ, Mapotofu Sutoroganofu/Russian: Мапотов Строганов, Mapotov Stroganov) was a sailor aboard the SS Barabrook, where Tobias Gregson was murdered.
Name
- His name comes from the tofu dish "mabōtōfu". Mabōtōfu or Mapo Tofu is a Chinese tofu dish which is originally from Chengdu, the capital and the most populous city in the province of Sichuan, in southwest China.
Notes
- Mapotov Stroganov is one of the few named and seen characters to not have a mugshot, as the court record is not available during The Resolve of Naruhodō Ryūnosuke's investigation (as the player character during that is Yūjin Mikotoba). When the perspective switches back to Naruhodō, he is not added, as Naruhodō did not physically meet him.
