Testimony given by April May regarding what she saw at the time of Mia Fey's murder was a piece of evidence in Phoenix Wright's investigation into said incident.

After the first trial day, Wright sifted through May's testimony, but the only useful information was that Fey had dodged an attack before running to the right and being struck. Wright would later present this information in the second trial day to contradict Redd White's statement regarding the victim running to the left.
