Blood found in the P.I.C. meeting room was a piece of evidence in Miles Edgeworth's investigation into Jill Crane's murder.

The bloodstain was part of Blaise Debeste's plan to leave Crane's body in the meeting room to mislead the investigation into thinking that it was the scene of the murder. He did this to hide the existence of the 51st floor storeroom.
