A newspaper clipping was a piece of evidence in Miles Edgeworth's investigation into the murder of Bastian Rook.
Attempt on Wang's life[]
Edgeworth received the clipping after Dick Gumshoe filled him in. He later used it to deduce that a red dot had somehow appeared on the president's forehead. This eventually allowed him to prove that the revolver found in the trash was used by the assassin, though it would later be revealed as a prop. He later handed it, along with the other evidence, to Bronco Knight temporarily, as President Wang meant for the Zheng Fa police to take over the investigation. However, after Edgeworth negotiated with Wang to return the investigative authority to him, Knight returned it along with the remaining evidence.
