The Nintendo Switch is a hybrid video game console produced by Nintendo, released worldwide on March 3, 2017. Although the Switch's primary use is as a home console (and thus, the Switch is considered the successor to the Wii U), it can also be used as a handheld console by attaching the Joy-Con controllers to the console.
Ace Attorney on Switch[]
During the 2018 Tokyo Game Show, it was announced that Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy was to be released for Switch, as well as Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PCs via Steam, in "early 2019".[1][2] It was released on February 21, 2019 in Japan, and then on April 9, 2019 elsewhere.
On April 21, 2021, Capcom announced that the Dai Gyakuten Saiban duology would be localized and compiled into the The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles collection. Chronicles is set to be released on the Switch, as well as the PlayStation 4 and PCs via Steam, worldwide on July 27, 2021.[3]
