A transfer agreement for the Founder's Orb was a piece of evidence in the civil trial to determine ownership of the Orb. Written and signed by Archie Buff prior to his death, it agreed the transferal of the Founder's Orb from his possession to the ownership of the Defiant Dragons, as long as the latter did not cause him harm.
During the civil trial regarding ownership of the relic, the transfer agreement was used by Apollo Justice in an attempt to show that the Defiant Dragons' leader, Dhurke Sahdmadhi, was the rightful owner. However, the agreement's ending stipulation caused problems when Defiant Dragon member Datz Are'bal became a suspect in Buff's murder.
