A report about Horace Knightley was a piece of evidence in Miles Edgeworth's investigation into Di-Jun Huang's murder.

Di-Jun Huang's murder[]

Main article: The Grand Turnabout

Patricia Roland wrote the report to Blaise Debeste. Because of it, Blaise ended up digging in the Global Studios filming lot on the night of April 5. He also stored the report in the safe on the 51st floor of the Grand Tower.

Later, Edgeworth found the report after wondering why Sebastian Debeste went to the tower. He later used it to prove the existence of a connection between Blaise and Roland. It and the Letter from Unknown were later used to show the possibility of a connection with a case from 12 years ago. Afterwards, it was used to show why Blaise had dug the monster footprint-like holes.

I'm all but certain there is a connection between Knightley and Dogen. Dogen's chess partner, whose identity remained unknown until now, was actually Knightley all along. That is proof enough.
Tomorrow, I shall interrogate him in the warden's office. I'll get him to confess that he's one of Dogen's henchmen. That thing he laid to rest in front of the flowerbed 12 years ago, you simply must retrieve it.
