Risa Seoto (瀬音 リサ Seoto Risa, born September 5 in Arakawa, Tokyo, Japan) is a Japanese actress with the Takarazuka Revue, all-female theatre company, and played Neuce Inbitt in Gyakuten Saiban: The Truth Reborn. She is also called Arisa (ありさ) by her fans.
