A rubber glove was a piece of evidence in Miles Edgeworth's investigation into the murder of Horace Knightley.
Knightley's murder

Edgeworth found the glove beside Knightley's body. He then deduced that it had been dropped by someone who had seen the body, as the blood did not form an outline around the glove. Afterwards, he deduced that the glove belonged to Frank Sahwit, as he had been inside Workroom A when the body was discovered. This allowed him to discover that Sahwit's bracelet was broken. Later on, Sahwit revealed that the mud on the glove came from the mudpacks he'd applied. Edgeworth then used it to answer the question of why the bear in the video was black. This fact eventually revealed that the timestamp on the video was three hours behind.
