The Samurai Sword was a piece of evidence in Miles Edgeworth's investigation into the murders of Manny Coachen and Ka-Shi Nou.
Nou's murder[]

The sword was a prop used on the Theatrum Neutralis stage and later left in the office of Allebahstian ambassador Quercus Alba. Later, it was set up as the murder weapon used in killing Nou. Edgeworth found the sword lying by Nou's body, but it was eventually proven that it wasn't the real murder weapon, and discarded shortly afterwards.
