Shinji Mikami (三上 真司 Mikami Shinji, born August 11, 1965 in Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan) is a video game designer best known for creating the survival horror video game series Resident Evil.

Mikami has contributed to a number of Capcom's franchises in the role of executive producer, including Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Justice for All, and Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Trials and Tribulations.
