Solitary Confinement Cell 13, located in Central Prison, is a prison cell of some significance in the Ace Attorney series. Morgan Fey and Kristoph Gavin have been held in this cell.

In the Phoenix Wright arc

In the ending of Reunion, and Turnabout, the player is taken to this cell. The cell itself is never shown, but its prisoner, Morgan Fey, is.

Fey was incarcerated for being an accomplice to the murder of Turner Grey. She framed Maya Fey for the murder to eliminate the main bloodline, allowing her daughter Pearl Fey to become the Master of the Kurain Channeling Technique. She was held in Solitary Confinement Cell 13.

Notes

The length of time that Morgan Fey spent in this cell is unknown. At one point, Dahlia Hawthorne was briefly moved to a cell adjacent to Fey's cell, but it is never explicitly stated that Fey is still being held in Solitary Confinement Cell 13. Fey is briefly shown in Bridge to the Turnabout, but her location is not stated or shown. The only certainty is that she was gone by 2026.

In Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney

Solitary Cell 13 is one of several locations accessible in the MASON System portion of Turnabout Succession.

Kristoph Gavin was convicted for the murder of Shadi Smith and held in Solitary Cell 13. When Phoenix Wright visited the cell while investigating the murder of Drew Misham, he found that Gavin had managed to call some favors and get some books, nail polish and furniture into the cell.

When Wright asked why Gavin killed Zak Gramarye, he changed the subject, and Wright saw five black Psyche-Locks surround Gavin; these were impossible to break. Wright later returned to the cell and attempted to steal a letter that Misham had sent to Gavin, which contained the poisoned stamp that killed Misham, but Gavin stopped him (though Wright was still able to record the events for the MASON System).

When Gavin was called to a courtroom as a special witness in the case of Misham's death, he still refused to admit that he even knew Shadi Smith's real identity.
