Stage lift #2 was a piece of evidence in Apollo Justice's investigation into the murder of Manov Mistree. It is one of two stage lifts located in the understage area of Penrose Theater, and was used by Trucy Wright during her "Trucy in Gramarye-Land" show.
After Bonny made a mistake during the show which involved the Mr. Hat puppet on the wrong side of the stage being the right, she sent a secret signal to Trucy to notify her of this, who then proceeded to physically swap the Stage lifts #1 and #2 due to #1 being raised already and there wasn't enough time to wind it down. Trucy succeeded and seamlessly proceeded with her "stab the coffin trick".
