A copy of the Themis Herald was a piece of evidence in Athena Cykes's investigation into the murder of Constance Courte. At the time of Courte's murder, the newspaper was entirely written, put together, and produced by Myriam Scuttlebutt, the sole member of Themis Legal Academy's newspaper club.
The "love triangle"[]

The front page of the October 24, 2027 edition of the school paper consisted of a story about an alleged battle that would be fought between Hugh O'Conner and Robin Newman for the so-called "black heart" of the "she-devil" Juniper Woods during a mock trial for the school festival. It would later be revealed that the article and its claims were entirely misinformed, with its malicious nature originating from Scuttlebutt's secret desire to be friends with O'Conner, Newman, and Woods.
